Mechanical Property as per ASTM A 370 and sample is taken from mid-wall thickness of the prolongation of bar.  Chappy V notch as per ASTM E23 at -29℃ longitudinally:  min 3 samples, min average 27J. Only one value accepted below 27J, no single value below 20J. 

Yield Strength: min 75,000 PSI    

Tensile Strength: min 95,000 PSI  

Elongation in 2”: min 18%   

Reduction area: min 35% 

Ultrasonic inspection: 100% as per ASTM A 388 and as per PSL 3.

Calibration: Distance amplitude curve (DAC) shall be based on 1.6mm(1/16 in) flat-bottom-hole for metal thickness through 38mm (1 1/2 inch), on 3.2mm (1/8 inch) flat-bottom-hole for metal thicknesses from 38mm(1 1/2 in) through 150mm (6 in), and on 6.4mm (1/4 in) flat-bottom-hole for metal thickness exceeding 150mm (6 in)
