  We produced a batch of stabilizer which are used in oil and gas exploration. The steel grade of stabilizer is AISI 4145H mod or non magnetic. Besides finished product, we also provide semi-finished product as cutomer's request.

 We produced a batch of shafts for a foreigner cusomter,  the quantity is 15 pcs. After insepction, all shafts will be packaged in the wooden case to avoid damages during the transporation.

  These 3 pcs motor shafts are for a regular European cutomer. The unit weight is 10t. Before delivery, the customer came to China for inspection. We took 2 months to complete the order which is a breakthrough for us too.

  The heavy bushing forging, the size is OD1400mm x ID785mm x L2150mm, the unit weight is 18000kg. We forged it to a hollow bar directly by saddle forging.

    We can produce forged large gear blank. These two grear blanks will be exported to India. The size is OD2870mm x ID2410mm x T 600mm. The steel garde is 40CrNiMo, and the suface hardness is HB 320-340. The products have passed the third-party insepction "TUV" before delivery.

   The production site of heavy forging. The complete product is OD1500mm X ID650mm X l 2500mm. The unit weight is about 20t.

  The heavy shaft is produced for our regular European customer. The steel grade is S355J2G3. The unit weight is 9665kg. As the cusomter's request, three test samples was taken, two samples are from the end face, and one is from flange plates. All results are qualifed.

   Six roller shells are delivered to the seaport.  The steel material is C45. The hardness is between HB 185-200. The uniform hardness ensure the good performance.

   Tool steel forgings are our hot products including H11 H13 and 5CrNiMo. These special-shaped shafts are integrated forgings, it's not allowed to welding. We have a planer type milling machine. After Q&T, they are milled little by little to designed dimension.

    The steel grade of these two heavy shafts is 34CrNi1Mo, the unit weight is about 7000t. The maximum diameter is φ950mm, total length is 4595mm. Accordign to the drawings, we perfrom hard-rolling on the "C" surface of the shafts. After hard-rolling, the surface hardness increased by HB10-20.

    C45 motor shafts are ready for delivery. The total length is 4200mm, the disc's OD is 620mm and thicknedd of the disc is 95mm. The delivery condition is forged+rough machined+Q&T+semi-finished.
