We completed a batch of 36CrNiMo4 moter shafts. These shaft forgings are our hot products for competitive price and reliable quality. All are exported to Europe. The delivery condition for these shafts is forged+rough machined+Q&T+semi-finished. Before delivery, the shafts are 100% ultrosonic test.

  We produce a batch of galvanizaed shafts and hydraulic cylinders. The galvanized layer thickness is about 10 micron. The shafts are welded together by two parts. We use dye penetrant examination to test the completed weld. All shafts are qualified.

     Heavy shafts will be exported to Europe. The max diameter of the shaft is 1470mm, total length is 3980mm and the weight is 8935kg. According to the customers' request, two samples are taken in the tangential and longitudinal directions. All results are qualified.

We completed a batch of square motor shafts. The products will be exported to Europe. The middle squre block is ▢480mm x L1500mm. The total length is 5030mm, the unit weight is 4900kg. As the requrested, three property test samples are taken in the tangential, radial and longitudinal directions. All results are qualifed. 36CrNiMo4+QT, C45+QT, S355+N, 42CrMo4+QT motor shafts are our hot products.

ISO Certification　　After more than one month's efforts, we have finally obtained the ISO quality management system certification. In obtaining the certification process, we re-organized the entire production process and our quality control system. From the purchase of steel ingots to the delivery of finished products, from the chemical composition inspection to ultrosonic flaw detection, we strictly control every step in accordance with the trade standards, customers' requirements and ISO management system. We completed a batch of 9Cr3Mo rolls. The products will be exported to Russian. The  hardness of roll body range from HSD 90-94, and roll neck from HSD 35-55. The surface roughness of roll body is Ra0.4 and Ra 0.8 for roll neck. After our inspection, all sizes, hardness and surface roughness are qualified.9Cr3Mo rolls are our main products.

We completed a batch of H11/H13 extrusion ram. The products will be exported to Russian. The surface hardness range from HRC 45-50. The surface roughness is Ra0.8 and 1.6. After our inspection, all sizes, hardness and surface roughness are qualified.H11 and H13 forgings are our main products. Except H11 extrusion ram, we are producing a batch of H13 milling rolls.
